LINE Games Brings First Major Update to Multiplayer Tower Defense Guardian Chronicle2021-04-23 17:00

Seoul, South Korea – April 23, 2021 – LINE Games Corporation announced the first major update and following events for its Multiplayer Tower Defense Guardian Chronicle since its grand opening on March 25.

With the first major update begins a new season for Competitive and Co-op modes, which got two new maps ‘Tenok’s Secret Workshop’ and ‘Pirate Ship’, respectively. Also, an all-new mode ‘Arena’ has been introduced as well.

The new Arena mode is independent from player’s account level, and players will be given a random deck of Guardians and Masters with fixed levels. Players can achieve rewards depending on the number of consecutive victories.

Balancing patches for Guardians and Masters have been made as well. For example, the attack speed of Fallen Lansen has been increased from 70% to 100%, while Clydden’s cool down time has been adjusted from 15 seconds to 16 seconds. Last but not least, a new feature ‘GC TV’ has been added, and players can now check out replay videos of selected impressive matches.

Celebrating the new season, LINE Games will carry out a monthly attendance event, plus a Welcome Event to help new players settle down to the game. Also, new Guardian pick-up events will be available for ‘Ned Wayne / Sio’ and ‘Sayde / Mabo’ throughout the whole season.

As a multi-platform game, Guardian Chronicle can be downloaded from App Store, Google Play, Galaxy Store and Steam. For more information on the game and events, visit its official Facebook and YouTube Channel.
