LINE Games' Uncharted Waters Origin Hosts 'Rose Garden Event' Through July 7

  June 11, 2026 – LINE Games (co-CEOs  Cho Dong Hyun and  Bae Yeong Jin), in collaboration with KOEI TECMO GAMES (CEO  Koinuma Hisashi) and Motif (CEO  Lee In), has launched the 'Rose Garden Event' along with a content update in the open-world MMORPG Uncharted Waters Origin.   The 'Rose Garden' Event runs until July 7, and players can participate simply by logging into the game. First, through the 'Rose Garden Invitation' event, players who log in for 7 days during the event period can obtain 'Garden Shears', the dice item usable on the 'Rose Garden Game Board'.   Players can use their 'Garden Shears' to participate in the 'Rose Garden Game Board', obtaining 'Hidden Chests' as board rewards, which can then be used as materials in the game's 'Production' feature to obtain the high-value trade good 'Black Rose Air Freshener'. 'Rose Tokens' are provided as the reward for completing a full lap around the board, and these can be used as materials in Production to obtain the top-tier parts item 'Rose Scent Blender'.   The 'Great Merchant's Supply Route Event' will also run concurrently through the 23rd. During the event period, players can choose a faction and participate in achievement-based missions and the Trade Competition. In particular, the player who ranks first overall in cumulative net profit through the Trade Competition event will be rewarded with top-tier parts.   A new content update has also been carried out. In doing so, players are now allowed to select multiple categories simultaneously.   Furthermore, the 'Reset Policy' function upon 'Dismiss Prime Minister' has been removed as a convenience improvement, so that policies are maintained when a prime minister is re-elected. The 'Prime Minister Pledge Reward' mail has also been consolidated into a single mail item, and a 'Claim All Rewards' button has been added. LINE Games Unveils Uncharted Waters Origin Investment Season 6 'Clashing Mediterranean' Update!

  May 14, 2026 – Seoul, South Korea – The Seafaring Sandbox RPG Uncharted Waters Origin, serviced by LINE Games and co-developed by Motif and KOEI TECMO GAMES, has introduced Investment Season 6 'Clashing Mediterranean' along with a range of new content, including a new Admiral Chronicle.   Investment Season 6 'Clashing Mediterranean' is set against the backdrop of the 16th-century Battle of Lepanto in the Mediterranean and will run for approximately three months until August 9. This season's barter item is Chalcopyrite, which can be exchanged using Bambara Groundnut and Gold Dust at the Hutu Village and San Village.   New trade goods have been added, including Superior Matchlock Gun, Superior Eastern Cannon, Superior Saltpeter, Superior Two Handed Sword, Superior Magnetic Iron Ore, Superior Western Armor, Superior Snap Matchlock Gun, Superior Graphite, and Superior Mambele. At the season adventure locations, Messina Outpost and Golden Horn Outpost, players can obtain the Edict of Victory, which grants an additional Assault score, as well as Grade 26 ship materials.   Additionally, Deed Pillagers, Fearsome Enemies, and Treasure Pillagers will appear throughout the season. By engaging them in battle, players can acquire Grade 26 Special Ship materials such as Grade 26 construction materials and new blueprints. The season's Assault content has also been renewed, featuring Don Juan de Austria and Müezzinzade Ali Pasha.   With the launch of 'Clashing Mediterranean,' the Company Max Level has been increased from 105 to 110. Two Grade 26 Special Ships (Galleass and Kadirga) have been revealed, along with the addition of the Special Combining Gear/Parts 'Fragrant Cloud.'   A new Admiral Chronicle, 'Chronicle of Vittorio Sartori,' has also been added. Its protagonist, Vittorio Sartori, is an information broker and surgeon from Genoa. Set against the backdrop of the Battle of Lepanto, players can experience a story in which he uncovers the secrets of his adoptive father.   While progressing through the Chronicle, players can obtain A Grade Mate Selime and B Grade Mate Murad Reis as rewards. Upon completing the Chronicle, players can recruit S Grade Mate Fabio Mendes at the Inn.   In addition, new S Grade Mates Speranza Morea and Bianca Capello have been added. First, the login event 'Age of Turmoil Attendance' runs until June 9. By logging in for seven days during the event period, players can obtain Fortifier, Enhance Protectant, Special Manual, and Food Buff Items.   During the same period, the scenario event 'The Journey of Esmeralda, the Blue-Eyed Female Warrior' returns, allowing players to participate once again. LINE Games Announces Server Integration for Uncharted Waters Origin!

  April 9, 2026 – Seoul, South Korea – The Seafaring Sandbox RPG Uncharted Waters Origin, serviced by LINE Games and co-developed by Motif and KOEI TECMO GAMES, has announced the game's upcoming server integration.   This server integration is intended to provide players with a smoother gameplay experience and will be carried out in two phases—Phase 1: April 20; Phase 2: April 27.   The first phase will target the Korea (World) servers, merging 'Indian Ocean 1,' 'Indian Ocean 2,' 'Indian Ocean 3,' and 'Coral Sea' into the 'Caribbean Sea' server. The second phase will apply to the Asia region, where the 'Indian Ocean' and 'Pacific Ocean' servers will be integrated into the 'Pacific Ocean' server.   Alongside this, the Pre-season 'Great Route' has begun. The Pre-season will run through May 10, during which players can participate in events that allow them to obtain past seasonal Trade Goods and Season Mates from before the server integration, while also enjoying a comprehensive experience of each season's content.   As part of the Pre-season, Season 3 'Age of Gold' limited Bartered Trade Goods—'Gold Bars' and 'Silver Bars'—will return. Two new Adventure locations have also been added, where players can obtain 'Grade 26 Ship Materials' through land exploration. In addition, the 'Returning Gold Bar Pillagers' and 'Returning Certificate Pillagers Leader' will make their appearance.   Further updates include the addition of the 'Assign Designated Ship Inscription' feature. This system allows players to grant designated 'Ship Inscriptions (Buffs)' to their ships. Notably, these designated inscriptions can be obtained through top-tier content, including rewards for ranking first by nation.   Various events are also available alongside the update. Through the 'Great Route Attendance' event, running until midnight on May 12, players who log in for 14 days during the event period can earn 'Great Route Tokens.' These tokens can be exchanged at the event shop, the 'Shop of the Great Route,' for items such as the 'Mate Exclusive Gear Selection Voucher' and 'Growth Currency.'   'Great Route Tokens' can also be obtained through the 'Great Route Missions' event, where players complete weekly-unlocked missions including Trade, Adventure, Trade II, Combat, and Investment.
