  • [Account] How do I link my account?

    When you start the game for the first time, there will be a pop-up window asking whether you will link your account to the following platforms.
    Facebook / Google / Apple Game CenterYou can choose the platform you wish to link your game account.


    If you already started the game with a Guest Account, then you can link your account by following the steps below.


    Go to the Main interface > Option > Account


    From this location, you are able to check your account condition and link your game account with Facebook / Google / Apple Game Center.

  • [Account] I recently changed my Android phone to iPhone. How can I move my AOS account to iOS?

    If your current game account is already linked with Facebook, then you can login to the same Facebook account from your new device. 

     

    If you have already linked your game account with a platform you can not use from your changed device, 

    then please try to link your game account with Facebook or other platforms you can access from your new device. 

    After this process, you can use your existing game account from the device you wish to play.

  • [Account] How can I reset my account?

    Unfortunately, we do not support account reset function. 

    If you wish to try the game from the start, we highly recommend you to set a brand new game account.


    You can unregister your account and start 'First Summoner' again from the very beginning.

    However please note, that it will take 7 days to unregister your game account successfully from our system. 

    During this 7days, you will not be able to make an account or play the game during the 7days.

  • [Account] I forgot which Platform ID I used to link my game account.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to recover your lost account as we can not confirm your

    Facebook / Google / Apple Game Center account details.

  • [Account] I accidentally deleted my game account. Is there a way to recover it?

    When you withdraw your game account, it will take 7 days to be deleted completely from the system. 

    During the 7 days, you can cancel the withdrawal anytime, however, after 7 days, you won't be able to recover your account again.

    Our First Summoner Team is currently monitoring every action by real-time.


    Please note that your account may be banned,

    According to the operation policy,

    Line Games strictly limits the use of the account user who tried to gain direct or indirect advantages by using the process

  • [Payment] Where can I find my purchased items?

    Your purchased items will be sent to your Mailbox.

    If the purchased items are not in your Mailbox, please exit the game entirely and restart. 

     


    The Diamonds you have purchased will be added automatically after your purchase went through successfully. 

    Your purchased Diamonds will be distinguished as Charged Diamonds and the Bonus Diamonds as Free Diamonds.



    You can check more details about your current Diamonds by following the steps below.


    Go to Main interface > Option (Settings) > Account > Check your Charged / Free Diamonds.


    ※ Please note that the charged Diamonds will be used before the Free Diamonds.

  • [Payment] I accidentally purchased an item. How can I cancel my payment?

    Please note that the items and the bonus items should be remaining unused. 

    Also, the items which are applied immediately would not be able to be refunded.

    Once your payment is completed your purchased items will be sent to your Mailbox, unless the items are applied immediately after your transaction.

    However, if you can not find your purchased items from your Mailbox, please exit the game entirely and restart the game. 


    If you still can not find your purchased items after following the steps written above,

    If there are players who use unpleasant words or phrases to other people,

    These are several examples that our team considers inappropriate.  

     - Hate speech, racism, and other wordings or phrases related to discrimination.  

    - Obscene or sexually explicit behaviors.

    You can turn on/off the in-game push notifications from the Option (Settings) menu.

  • [General] The game stops pretty often from my device. What is the minimum specification of this game?

    If you experience force quit or if the game stops repeatedly or any other unusual phenomenons happen

    first, we recommend you to adjust graphic settings.

     

    Graphic settings can be adjusted from in-game Option (Settings) menu.

    Go to Option (Settings) menu from the main screen > Graphics tab. 

    You can change game graphics and frame quality, turn on/off the shadow and character's bloom effects.

     

    If you still experience similar phenomenons after adjusting your graphic settings,

    please check the details below to see the minimum specification of playing First Summoner.

    RAM : Higher than 2GB

  • [General] How can I get new cards?

    You can buy new cards from the Renommus Village's Card Shop.

    You can choose the cards you wish to buy from Today’s Card section, or you can also buy Lune’s Summon Book.

  • [General] What is the order of the card grades?

    There are five different card grades in First Summoner.


    The order of the card grades is stated below.

    Normal > Uncommon > Rare > Epic > Legend


    However, please do not think that the cards with higher grade cost more Mana, and lower grade cost less. 

    The cost of Mana differs based on the features of each card.

  • [General] How can I enhance my cards?

    You need to have several identical cards to level up your cards. 


    From the Card menu, if there are cards that can be enhanced, you will see a green arrow on the top right side of the card.

    If you tap that card, you can check the changed card details and the cost.

     

    Go to Epic menu > Card > Select one card you wish to level up > Start level up

  • [General] How can I obtain new equipments?

    You can obtain items as rewards from the World Map campaigns, or when you clear the Boss stage from each area. 


    You can also craft an item from the Craft Shop. 

    To craft an item you need to have the item’s blueprint and a certain amount of materials. 

    You can get the materials and blueprints as rewards from the World Map campaigns based on certain probability.


    Go to Main Menu > Renommus > Craft Shop > Select from the options.

    To enhance your equipment you need a certain amount of Gold and other extra items to be used as materials.

  • [General] What is item Modify?

    You can modify the options which applied to your item.

    Select the item you wish to modify, then choose the option you wish to change and how to modify.

     

    The main currencies you need for the modification is Diamond and Gold.

    The amount may differ based on which method you choose for the modification process.

    The required amount of Gold may increase as you continue Modifying the same item.

     

    ​There are three ways to modify your item. You can choose one method to start the modification. 

    1. Use a certain amount of Gold to choose 1 new option from 1 random option.
    2. Use more Gold to choose 1 new option from 3 random options.
    3. Use Diamonds to choose 1 new option from 8 random options.
       

     Go to Main Menu > Item > Select the item you wish to modify > Tap the "Modify" button > 

    > Choose the option you wish to change and choose the way of modification > Start modifying.

    You need to join a Clan to use the Clan contents.


    You can chat with your Clan members and use the Dark Pub.

  • [General] How can I make or join a Clan?

    The Clan contents will be opened after you clear stage [3-7] from the World Map.

    You can join or make a Clan after the content is open.


    Talk to the NPC from the Clan menu and she will inform you how to join or make a Clan. 


    If you select to make a new Clan, a new window will open instructing how to make a new Clan.

    Follow the instruction and make a new Guild. You will need 800 Gold to make a new Clan.

    You can leave your clan from the Clan Office.

    Please note that you can not join a new Guild before 24 hours since you left your former Guild.

  • [General] How can I save my defense deck?

    Follow the steps below to save your defense card deck.

    Go to the Battlefield of Snake Main menu > Tap the “Defence” button > You will see your saved defense deck.


     You can set from Wave 1 to 3, and the total mana cost of cards cannot exceed your hero's mana capacity. 

    The following are the methods in which defense summonlings are summoned:

    • Wave 1 : Summoned at the beginning of the battle.
    • Wave 2 : Summoned 50 seconds after the battle started.
    • Wave 3 : Summoned 120 seconds after the battle started.

  • [General] From a specific moment, I am not receiving any clear rewards!

    Regardless of the difficulty and area, if you have cleared the stages more than 70 times,
    you can not receive any loots and Exp for that day.  

    Please note that this does not include the first clear for each stage, hidden stages and boss stages (Darkrift).

    The limitation of that day will be reset on 16:00 (UTC+9).

  • [General] I can&#39;t enter Infinite Chaos!

    We are sincerely sorry about the inconvenience. 

    If you are not able to enter the Infinite Chaos even after you have cleared Campaign Stage 3-5 from the World Map, 

    please follow the steps below to temporary fix this problem.


    Go to Setting from your device > General > Language and input > Select 'Korean' or 'English'.

    By changing the language of your device will temporarily fix the problem.


    If you experience the same problem again even after you have followed the direction above, 

    please do not hesitate to send your inquiry to our Customer Center.
